On October 23, 2007, VentureArchetypes and Pivotal Labs Present:
"You've Launched, Now What?"
Managing the Reality of Life After Launch
VentureArchetypes is pleased to be creating and hosting a very special event with our partner, Pivotal Labs. This event is geared toward startups who are preparing to launch or have recently launched.
Our panel will be made up of two highly-successful Internet entrepreneurs and two top-tier venture capitalists. The VCs and entrepreneurs are equally split along B2B and B2C focus lines.
This event is by invite-only and for startup founders only. If you are a prospect, client, or "friend of VA" please contact Brita Moeller for a complimentary pass.
This moderated panel event will explore the first few months of startup life after entering the market.
Our focus for the evening will be on the key challenges that all startups face:
» Transitioning past initial market trials (“beyond beta”)
» Managing by strategic plan vs. adjusting on the fly (plan vs. reality)
» Handling rapid growth—or lack thereof (feast or famine)
» Piloting your startup to a steady state (systems and structure)
This event will offer our guests practical advice from successful founders and VCs who will share their experiences on these important topics. The moderated panel (bios below) will be followed by informal socializing among C-level startup peers.
Light appetizers, beer and wine will be served.
